  • Dr Ryan Foley

This is an advanced 16 hours 2-day in person course open to anyone who is interested including sports physiotherapists, athletic trainers, physical therapists, movements coaches, chiropractors, osteopaths, personal trainers and medical doctors. This course will provide an extremely detailed understanding of the IKN approach.

    What you will learn:

    • How to safely and effectively deliver hands on treatment in a specific sequence to create dynamic changes in pain and performance.

    • Simple assessments of the Central Nervous System that make sense to you and your patients.

    • How to increase strength and reduce pain by working through the visual & vestibular systems.

    • Specific movements to stimulate the brain and unravel full body tension.

    • How to effectively manage specific sensory systems, and combine it with reflexive manual/movement facilitation to create long lasting changes in pain.

    • Whole body integration exercises to specifically stimulate the brain.

    • How to properly assess & integrate drills with your current approach and deliver techniques quickly while in session with patients, along with giving them specific homework to reinforce changes between sessions.

If possible for demonstration of practical courses providing other people to be a patient for demonstration aside from those who are attending the course

Since the course is dealing more of a different approach, I guess it would be helpful for the participants to have the soft copy of the brochure or the content of the course prior to the training day for us to engage and to have a knowledge regarding the course itself. I just want to commend the speaker because I can really feel that he wanted to add more knowledge and treatment protocols as a Physiotherapist.

This is a new technique, something I can add to my assessment and treatment tools.

It is a very good course to get a different point of view in assessment and treatment. It gives a different approach compared to what we would normally do in our practice
