Dr. Samana Sayed is a senior cardiopulmonary physiotherapist and global educator who has worked in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation since 2011. She is Director and Co-founder of YOU360 Healthcare & Academy and an Honorary Professor at the National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS), Spain & USA, where she teaches cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
She holds a Master's in Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy and trained in Singapore as an exercise therapist in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery (CTVS) and in metabolic diseases (FITT). Since 2015 she has run more than 98 hands-on workshops in India and other countries.
Samana is General Secretary of the Sports and Fitness Training Federation of India and a member of the Academic Council of the International Health and Fitness Association. An international speaker and writer, she has received multiple awards, including national pandemic awards, and her work has featured in the Times of India, Tanzania Times, Sunday News Africa and Women's Magazine Africa.
