Evangelos Almpanidis
PT, MSc, MCSP, MMACP
Evangelos Almpanidis is a specialist physical therapist with a clinical interest in headaches, the upper cervical spine and temporomandibular disorders (TMDs). He runs a private physiotherapy practice in Kavala, Greece, and teaches manual therapy with the Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Association of Greece.
After graduating in physiotherapy in Thessaloniki in 2010, he completed an MSc in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham (2013) and became a full member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP). He spent ten years in the UK in NHS and private practice, latterly as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner at an Oxford NHS hospital.
Evangelos lectures on manual therapy, headaches and TMDs on University of Birmingham postgraduate courses, is a clinical mentor and examiner for the MACP, and since 2022 has been a clinical researcher with the University of Birmingham's Centre of Precision Rehabilitation for Spinal Pain.
