Gabor Fuzy

Gabor Fuzy is an international Pilates master teacher based in Szombathely, Hungary, with more than 25 years of experience in fitness and Pilates education. He founded Fuzy Pilates, the largest Pilates studio network in Central Europe with more than 20 studios, and the Fuzy Pilates Institute, which has trained Pilates instructors in Hungary for 18 years.
His career began after a serious spinal injury at university. Offered the choice between surgery and lifelong exercise, he chose exercise, a decision that shaped his work in movement, recovery and teaching. He holds a Master's degree in Physical Education from the Hungarian University of Physical Education and studied rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and nutrition with Michael King, Paul Chek and Charles Poliquin.
A former strength and conditioning coach in more than ten sports, Gabor created the Fuzy Pilates Systems apparatus line, the Body Re-Integration System (BRIS) and the Rapid Back Pain Solution programme. He leads MK Pilates education in Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia and Romania and has presented in nearly 20 countries across five continents.
